Start your Loro Parque experience with our free train that runs through Puerto de la Cruz. Departures every 20 minutes from Plaza de los Reyes Católicos (next to McDonald´s).

You can pay by card or cash in all our shops
Accessibility
Wheelchairs, motorised buggies and pushchairs are available.
- Wheelchairs. They can be hired free of charge, only a deposit is required, refunded upon return of the wheelchair.
- Motorised buggies. Rental by prior reservation. It is necessary to provide documentation with photographs. Daily price 14,30€ + deposit, refunded upon return of the motorised buggy.
- Pushchairs. Daily price 5€ + deposit, refunded upon return of the pushchair.
